My Story

Hi, I’m Gina

I started Golden Years Badassery because older adults don’t just need someone to simply pass time with, they deserve something to look forward to. They were badasses in the past and still are today!

After losing my mom to COVID in 2020, I watched how loneliness can quietly become part of someone’s life. As a busy mom myself, I also know how hard it can be to balance work, family, and making time for the people you love most.

That’s why I created Grandsitting!

My goal is simple: Our Grandsitters will help older adults feel seen, heard, genuinely enjoyed, and excited about tomorrow.

Whether we’re exploring a new restaurant, playing cards, visiting a museum, sharing stories over coffee or getting a tattoo, every visit is built around what brings them joy.

I can’t wait to meet all my new Golden Friends.
